I am very satisfied with 2 Maids— and especially with my cleaning pros: Emily and Dede. Briana does a great job as customer touchpoint and coordinator. Communication is efficient and well covered. I also appreciate the welcome kit e-brochure. It answered so many initial questions in how 2 Maids operates and what to expect. A good experience and I recommend 2 maids cleaning services. I’m not sure which members cleaned my home as it was not communicated to me. I paid nearly 400 dollars for a small-mid sized completely empty home to be cleaned and move in ready for me. They didn’t clean the first time and when they came back to try to fix their job, it somehow got worse! dust everywhere, dirty floors, garbage from previous owners. They do not refund either. I had to dispute with my card company as the worker told me she had never seen a full refund go through the whole time she’s been an employee. I would recommend finding an independent cleaner or honestly just doing it yourself. Very disheartened to pay so much money as someone with physical challenges and get only stress in return.

After a few months of using this service we are looking for an alternative. While we understand the current economy, the 20% price increase caused us to re-assess. Overall we enjoyed coming home to a cleaner home, but are looking for better value (balance of cost & depth of clean). Thanks to all those who cleaned our house & Briana for coordinating!

I paid for deep cleaning of my house, i had high expectations after looking into what the serivce entails. We just finished having our carpet changed so it the house was dusty. I have a 3/2, rooms was mostly clutter free since we have to get it all out when they did the floor changed. To say i was disappointed with the job is an understatement. I will let the pictures speak for itself.I specifically ask for our windows to be clean thoroughly, as you can see this wasnt done, not a one of our window blinds was clean. Ohhh, yeah, They did clean my oven but they didnt even dust the tv console, no baseboard was clean, the bathroom walls was not scrub (those marks can be removed by simple oxiclean and scrubbing- that is what i do to removed the marks and iam no professional cleaner).
