Two Maids of Douglasville is awesome! We have been using them for several years now. They were so helpful with cleaning for my dad when he had to move in with us, and we now use them for cleaning beyond that. Cherelle has been a steady presence there for years now, and she always is friendly, fast, and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend them for all of your cleaning needs!

I have used Two Maids for the past few months. They are always accommodating to my crazy schedule and show up as promised. Cherrelle is lovely, kind and efficient and gets the job done. If you don’t have the time to do it yourself, please give this service and these amazing ladies a chance to take care of it for you! Also, don’t forget to tip! They work hard.

As a first-time customer, I’m appalled by the horrible customer service I received. I scheduled a “deep clean” to get my house ready for my baby shower. After the prepaid tip, I paid over $600 for this service. The cleaners were nice, however several surfaces that had been “cleaned” were still dirty at the end or had been skipped altogether. One of the cleaners was new and being trained which I understand, but the spots that were skipped were spots that she was responsible for. I had to vacuum behind them after they were done. This felt more like a “regular” clean than a deep clean. I did not receive $600 worth of cleaning. I reached out to express my dissatisfaction. The representative offered a complimentary reclean. Cherrelle's team always takes care of my house and does a fantastic job! They have great attention to detail and my house looks and smells amazing when they are done; and they work very efficiently too!
