Two Maids

We needed a deep clean (we were moving in) and what we got was more of a general clean. Our house was not moved into as yet, and as expected, you’d want to remove any evidence of former inhabitants - especially in the kitchen. They came through, and once they were done we had noticed that surfaces were missed in our kitchen cabinetry. The reason it was missed was because other contractors were in the way, but this was never communicated. They returned at no extra cost but still missed some surfaces, despite me pointing them out once they had finished. We eventually had to hire someone else to come in and focus on cleaning the kitchen with precision (removing shelves, wiping railing systems etc). Overall, great service for a general clean, not for a deep clean.

I recently discovered Two Maids of Rockville, and am so glad I did! Aylin (the office manager) has been great communicating with me. She is always prompt, polite, and professional. I have Team 9 (Paty and Estela) come to my home bi-weekly. They always arrive at the same time (shortly after 9:00am); which is important for me as I need to leave for work as soon as they are finished. We are very pleased with the quality of cleaning and their professionalism.

I have used Two Maids Rockville as my regular cleaning service for several years. Their two-person teams are reliable, thorough, and careful with delicate items and kids’ toys. Teresa and Carmen (Team 4) are excellent. Marnie and her administrative staff are easy to reach and quick to communicate about any issues that arise.

Two Maids (Johana and Jhona) do an excellent job cleaning my home. They always arrive within the specified one-hour window and leave the condo spotless. They are often in and out in an hour or less. They are professional and make it easy for me to move from room to room while they clean. Two Maids also makes it easy to call or email to cancel or reschedule cleanings.
