Two Maids

Two Maids and a Mop do a wonderful cleaning for patients who have had cancer through the Cleaning for a Reason program. The girls were extremely kind, professional and most aware of the situation. They worked quickly and did an absolutely wonderful job. They sat and had a wonderful conversation with the patient. They brought all their own cleaning supplies and were extremely respectful. The owners of this company should be extremely proud that they are providing a service like this.

Thank you Two Maids for all you have done! I have tried other cleaning companies in the area, and was not only over charged, but the service was less than stellar. Your team came to my home listened to my past experiences and made sure that I was satisfied before you left. This company is not only professional but the service is top notch! I highly recommend Two Maids with 2 thumbs up!!!!!

I was very happy with the actual cleaning but a couple of things ruined my trust and using them. First they were constantly wrong on the day and time window for my cleaning despite me calling every week and reminding them of the fact it was wrong. Secondly they started using 2 girls to clean my home every week and then it became 1 girl for either the same exact time as 2 or she would stay longer. This cost me the exact same as 2 girls with zero discount. Despite these issues and continued patience and reinforcement that I did think they did a good job, they decided to just up and blow off my last scheduled cleaning and refund me the charge. No notice or anything. I will find a better service if this is how they treat customers whose only complaint is the issues they brought on.

Just scheduled a cleaning last minute for Monday. Tracy was so helpful over the phone, professional and nice. They were the only company I called that did all of these things : answered the phone, didn’t make me speak to an automated system, had availability, didn’t make me give information before I was able to schedule. If anyone is like me and likes to speak to someone personally to answer questions instead of scheduling online, this is the best place I found in st Pete for that. I haven’t gotten the cleaning done yet but I’ll update afterwards

I HIGHLY recommend Two Maids & A Mop! My husband and I are extremely particular with how we keep our home and they did an amazing and professional job thoroughly cleaning every inch of our home. We couldn't be happier!
