Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

We recently hired Two Men and a Truck Fairburn, GA for a move within town. I would like to mention that we have moved many times, including overseas. This was the worst experience we ever had. Heavy boxes were pushed over delicate wooden floors, but that was only the beginning. First there weren't enough movers, so they had to call and had more coming later. There wasn't enough packing material, so my husband had to run to Home Depot on two different occasions to supply the movers with boxes while their time was running and they were out of material. Some pieces ended up not being boxed at all, because there was nothing left to pack them. So we had to take care of an expensive lamp shade as well as a wall clock and oil painting ourselves. I just want to say my experience with TWO MEN and a truck was phenomenal. From my 1st service inquiry call with Mr. Edwin. To my multiple interactions with Brittany to resolve my damage reimbursement. Although there were a few items that resulted in damage, everyone was great and professional. The young men who moved me were great as well. The thing I appreciate most was the across the board customer service no matter what department I interacted with. That goes a long way these days because customer service is not valued and practiced like it use to. If asked I would definitely recommend TWO MEN and A Truck to anyone looking to do a move.

So I’m writing this review because this company is terrible. I will never again use them. Granted CJ and the other Guys was amazing but A lot of my things were broken. For starts, my television. I didn’t notice the damage until i went to plug it in that night. It was not properly boxed “ as they charge you for tv boxes” instead it was wrapped in a blanket. Now they are only wanting to compensate me 27.66 for a 65 in Samsung tv i paid nearly 500 for. I had to use bricks for my bed frame because two legs were missing. My couch is missing the screws to the leg on one side. I’m just so angry right now. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Paid 660 for a terrible rushed job. My move went a little longer than expected but the movers Corey, Lioness, and Harry did an amazing job! They were courteous, professional, hard working, and were careful not to damage any of my things. A supervisor even showed up to my move to make sure things were going smoothly. I’ve dealt with other companies and these gentlemen stood out from the rest. Thanks guys!

The Two Men and a Truck team contacted me by phone before leaving for the home was moving from and arrive promptly as promised. The team then worked very quickly and efficiently packing my household goods. They moved promptly to my new home location and again quickly and efficiently loaded my household items into my new home. During and after my move, both team members provided advice and information that has proven invaluable to me and my family in settling into my new location. I will undoubtedly use Two Men and a Truck should I ever move again.
