Two Men and a Truck Moving

I can't say enough good things about Two Men and a Truck. They bent over backwards to make my move smooth. Accommodating, helpful, responsible, competent. If every business were run like this one, there would be a whole lot more happy customers in the world. My first phone call was with Sarah Pullen, the estimator who set up an emotionally and physically complicated pack and ship - (involving art and papers) - where I wasn't going to be present. Nick Pagerie in Chicopee kindly and patiently listened to the complicated story behind this move. Then, on the day of the move there were big changes (I said yes to a lot more things, including several musical instruments) entailing lots of additional items (from less than 15% of the truck filled to close to 75%) taking hours longer than estimate

Moving is something I have been dreading for months, but because of the amazing crew from Two Men and a Truck, I'm actually excited about my new place! Jeffrey, Derreck, Angel, and Jorge the Great were outstanding. They treated my home and my belongings with respect but more importantly, they treated me (and my cats) with respect as well. I have a lot of stuff, including some very precious items, and they were great about prioritizing things, packing it all carefully, moving it efficiently, and setting up things in my new place exactly where I asked. Trust me when I say that these guys deserve all of the accolades possible! I'm so grateful for what they've done. They're coming back in a few days to finish the move and because of how wonderful they were the first time, I'm not worried about

We hired Two Men and a Truck after reading a lot of positive reviews online. We did an online quote and I was able to confirm the details of our move (which was within one week of calling) the next day. Super pleased with Mark, who I spoke with on the phone. We confirmed that they had Saturday availability and I put down the deposit. This was later subtracted from our final bill 😌. We had three movers for approximately 5 rooms. Jefferson and his team was very professional and quick to move all our items. There was one super heavy and old TV console that they expertly moved from the second floor. They then met us at the new house and were super speedy in getting things placed. Overall my family and I were very happy with their professional manner and friendly attitude. I would highly recomm

Nick and the crew were fabulous. When the size of the furnishings being picked up and moved doubled unexpectedly the morning of the move, they helped figure out what to do temporarily since it would not fit in the house as originally planned. Lots of paintings and dishes/pottery moved and nary any damage.

Jeffrey and Sheldon from the Chicopee, MA location of Two Men and a Truck moved our daughter who had sprained her back into her college dorm today. They arrived promptly at the pre-agreed time, were both very professional, friendly and courteous. They were both very hard working and worked efficiently to move us. They were AWESOME and our experience was excellent. Mark, who arranged the move for us at the main office was also very nice to work with. Overall extremely satisfied with our experience and would recommend highly...and will use them again! Thank you Jeffrey and Sheldon!!
