Two Rivers Pool Care

We've been using Two Rivers Pool Care for over one and one-half years. They've been the best pool service we have had. Recently, we we received a close lightning strike that basically made our pool inoperable. Brian referred me to a local service company to begin the Long road back to operation. He and Sarah continued to make weekly visits and maintained the chemicals necessary to continue water safety. We're back up and running now and we couldn't be happier. We've always had algae issues with our pool. We've had mixed results from a few other service providers. We called Two Rivers after getting back from a vacation and finding our pool had gone feral while we were out of town. They showed up on time, were professional and very knowledgeable. They turned our pool around in 2 days. We also went with their suggestion of a one-time additive treatment to help with the algae and reduce chemical costs. I was skeptical, but we have not had another algae outbreak; even after several days of rain and the God awful summer heat. 5 stars and will update this review if the algae returns.

I hired this company to clean my pool on a home I recently purchased and had sent them pictures of the pool prior to them starting which they agreed to service. when they came out i noticed my pool was still dirty and algae was hardly brushed. When I asked the owner about it he said he will not service my pool anymore and basically quit on me. Really messed up!

Two Rivers Pool Care has been an absolute dream. I've used other pool companies who really don't care about things such as dumping the skimming basket in my plants, tearing up my mulched area of the yard when removing water from the pool, etc. But Brian at Two Rivers really pays attention to the details - and at a very reasonable price. I wish I had found him ages ago and hadn't had to deal with other companies who simply didn't care about much more than collecting a check.
