I am the property manager at Seaside Villa Apartments in Ventura, and we were in need of a reliable and efficient cleaning crew. The owner, David, is very hands-on and efficient, if a cleaning task arises, he personally checks it out and ensures his team is there promptly. He responds quickly and gets things done efficiently. We recently had Two Trees Cleaning come out to clean our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, and we were beyond impressed. When we walked in, the house looked amazing and smelled so fresh. They clearly took their time and paid close attention to detail—every surface was spotless, dust was completely gone, and even the mirrors and windows were crystal clear. David, the owner came out to our home to give me an estimate and so that I could walk him around and let him know what we were needing done and what hadn’t been getting done with our prior house cleaner. He always checks in after a cleaning to make sure everything was done correctly. I really appreciate their communication and care. And of course coming home to a very clean house!

Two Trees performed a move out cleaning for me. I wasn't personally there, however my landlord returned my security and pet deposit. There was some pet hair remaining on the stairs, but appliances and bathroom both very clean. There were some communication issues, otherwise very satisfied.
