Jose and his team are detailed oriented and unbelievably hard workers. They are easy to work with and stuck to their timeline. Very good craftsmanship and willingness to go above and beyond for the customer.

Due to a referral we called Tyee Construction and Jose and his team did an exceptional job replacing my roof. They have experience, skill and above all very friendly and responsible. We did it in 2021. We are very happy with our roof. 100% recommended.

It’s great construction company to deal with. They did quality work to replace my 25 years old roof. They utilized all quality materials as stating in contract. Good thing, the builder accepted the bargain to seek for a good deal and explained the reasons of the high costs as necessary.

Jose and his team did an exceptional job when replacing my roof, wake boards and a few gutters (just the ones on the left and right sections of my house). When Jose was scoping out the project, he seemed honest and did not try to upsell. When his team arrived to do they work, they were skilled and experienced - working quickly and all their wood joints were tight. They spotted some wood rot that I had not seen and called it to my attention.

Jose and his crew did an amazing job replacing our roof. They worked very hard for 11 to 12 hours each day they were here and meticulously cleaned up everything when they were done. Frank and I are 100% satisfied with the work they did. We will be happy to recommend them to any of our neighbors or friends who may need a new roof.
