Tynic Landscaping

Disappointing results after two seasons and $3,200. I hired Tynic in late 2023 to apply loam and hydroseed over bare patches on my leach field. Unfortunately, only weeds came up. They returned in the fall of 2024 with a seed slicer to try again. Now it's October 2025 and the results are no better. After two growing seasons, lots of watering and multiple attempts, I’m left with patchy growth and more weeds than grass. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend their services.

Lotttssss and lotssss of very feminine boys working for this company. Most of the time they just chit chat on my lawn!!!! They need to be taught better on personal hygiene, can I get a PEEE YOUU!! My lawn looks great though! I would recommend

This summer, we had the pleasure of hiring Tynic Landscaping, owned by Scott Lamon, to install a patio, stairs, and a walkway leading to our pool. Tynic has an amazing crew ,the management team is exceptional and very professional. They work with great quality equipment., They where able to answer all my questions and give me exactly what I wanted. Their worker Shawn has a great eye for detail, and is a very hard worker. Very pleased . I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends .

Tynic Landscaping planted a beautiful dogwood tree for me and strategically placed native boulders along my rhododendron hedge. They also removed two large, non-native and invasive shrubs that a former owner had planted. It was a small residential project for them but I was treated like royalty! All staff members at Tynic were friendly, attentive and professional. The owner Scott Lamon came personally to view my property and advise on how to meet my objectives. A crew leader and the team of two landscapers who conducted the project were hard workers and real perfectionists! My project turned out so much better than I expected. My neighbors were impressed!
