Typhoon Custom Pools

Mike came to give us an estimate on replacing the plumbing of our pool as we had a leak. Communication with office staff and crew on site was fantastic, very clean and efficient. It did take longer than expected but it was a lot of work and the guys really work hard. They are just wrapping up, but those far it’s been great!

I just had my pool opened by this company. Absolutely horrible they dumped all leaves sticks and all the debris that was on my cover my pool, also after pushing me off for days and days to come and get the job done. Wanted my pool opened by the holiday weekend. I am very very disappointed. No one should use this company. I am also calling BBA with a few others I will never recommend these to anyone. Unprofessional people.

Typhoon pools are a great company. I have been using them for a few years now. Their crews are very good and friendly. I have never had a problem with them. This time, I used them to replace fiberglass steps into my inground pool. Other companies gave me quotes for just the steps that were the same price Typhoon gave me for steps and a new liner. I then made the choice to upgrade my steps to stadium stairs with a new liner and loop lock cover. Best choice ever to go with Typhoon Pools. Thank you.

We hired Mike to do a complete backyard remodel. New pool and pavers new system. Our old, decrepit pool had a hole in the liner and a crack in the fiberglass steps, the pump was blown and at that point we needed a whole new pool. We made the decision after Mike walked us through the options to go with a salt filter pool. Anyone who is on the fence about a salt pool, do it. It’s more expensive initially but you get your money back in the same way you do with solar panels. There’s no need for expensive chlorine tablets, no finicky ph balance test strips, or any of the like. It’s the most low maintenance pool I’ve ever seen. We’ve only had to vacuum it once since the project finished the week of July 10th. Mike’s crew were on time, and extremely professional. Any issues that came up, we were

TLDR: You’re better off doing your own pool work than hiring Typhoon Custom Pools. They will break your things, leave the water contaminated, charge the full amount to your card despite not doing the work and without permission, while refusing all accountability. **Edit to add that they also stole the tool needed to install/remove my looploc cover. ******* When I hired Typhoon Custom Pools to open my pool for the season, I expected them to properly store my pool cover, ensure all drain points were tightened shut, brush the liner and clean the water, and install the diving board and ladder. The pool should have been usable within a week of opening. The receipt they left in my mailbox says the following work was done: 1) Remove, fold and carry cover to storage 2) Unplug skimmers, returns
