He patiently walked me through some troubleshooting steps, then said he’d need to come out to take a look. Before purchasing a new thermostat, he called to confirm with me first — which I truly appreciated. When he arrived, he inspected everything, discovered a wiring issue, and repaired that as well. His thoroughness impressed me, especially when he went the extra mile to test my heating system and ensure it was functioning properly. I was coming home from a road trip and our central air system went out. I had an idea to get a whole house fan installed to try and save a lot of money over a new central air system and the electricity costs. I went to take a look around my attic and I knew it was going to be an absolute pain to do it and I’m not experienced enough to tackle this alone. Tyrone was highly recommended to me by a friend and we had a successful install of the system when it was cooler in the late evening.
