Extremely knowledgeable and reliable service company! I’ve have them work on three different appliances (I have a few rentals) Highly recommended husband & wife local business worth supporting!!!

We have been using Tyson's to service all our appliances since 2003 in our home and 4 rental homes. They are honest and reliable. One time, a very expensive but older fridge stopped working. They came by within a couple days and it was some small, $50 part. They could have said it was a $300 part - how would I know?, but that's just how they roll. The technicians are all super knowledgeable and nice people. I have never had a bad experience. Just remember, it's not their fault the manufacturers charge such outrageous prices for repair parts! They fixed that fridge 5 years ago and it's still rocking along. - L.Mitchell

First I would like to say... There are still some good folks out there. My washing machine stopped working on 6/15/2019, didn't know what was wrong, so that following Monday morning I called Tyson's and as promised they had a technician out on Tuesday and he was very friendly and didn't mind explaining the problem. Well blessed goodness as I sit here typing this I'm back in business washing a load of clothes. I'm one happy camper! Very professional and tidy. Tyson's y'all have our business for life. Thanks for all y'all did.

I appreciate that they were able to schedule me an appt in 2 days. Staff was kind. Tech was professional and knowledgeable. Happy to say my washer is fixed
