U-Pack

I am retired career military. I have moved more times than I can count. I have never experienced such a professional/seamless move as I did with the ABF U pack experience. I moved from Memphis Tennessee to Virginia. Almost a 1000 miles. Employees at both destinations were professional and 100% ready to find solutions if a problem arose. At a cost of literally over a $1000 less than comparable services like u haul boxes or pods. The customer service- even after hours- was outstanding. The security and safety of my household goods was excellent. The quality of MY packing job both in the (boxes and trailer) determined the material condition of my goods upon arrival. It's all you. We were dreading moving our youngest back from literally the other edge of the country... with the help of U-Pack (and a couple hours of professional movers), it was surprisingly easy; and ended up getting a comfortable, few day ride with some gorgeous views... instead of a week-long nightmarish cross-country drive in a rental. (Done the move things enough times to hope I learned something)

Overall very easy and professional to work with. Only negative experience may have been due to a lack of understanding on my part between main UPack office and Regional Servicing offices, but even that was handled expeditiously and still worked out well.

Used upack for a military move and their services were by far the best of all the self service moving companies that you can choose from. They provided all the weight tickets, final bill, everything that is needed and there were zero issues. Customer service for booking and scheduling drop off and delivery were great! Highly recommend using them for your next move!

I do not wish to hurt the reputation of the company by giving a negative review but I would like to make a comment. I would like to ask the owner to make an effort to more clearly advertise on their site that they do not service Virginia to Virginia moves less than 200 miles. We would’ve loved to use your service, had that not been a company policy. The website allowed us to get a quote, but it took us calling to figure it out.
