U-Pack

Overall, we had a really great experience with ups k. The trailer was very clean, our stuff arrived a day before the estimated arrival, and the trailer was picked up promptly when we were done. Any time I called, the employees were always so helpful & kind. I never had to wait long to speak to someone. My only gripe was the communication when it came to dropping off/picking up the trailer. My estimated drop off of the empty trailer was 8am to 12pm. However, it wasn’t dropped off until 3:30 pm. I didn’t pay extra for guaranteed delivery, so while still frustrating, that one was on me. But then when they came to pick up the trailer, I wasn’t given any sort of time frame or call when they were on their way. We moved from Philadelphia to Las Vegas, we struggled to find a mover that we could trust, the entire industry seems a little corrupt. We settled on U-Pack for a few reasons. 1) we liked the flexibility if having a few days to load just in case something went wrong. We hired help from dolly on both ends and it went well. 2) we liked the idea that once our things were loaded that they wouldn't be offloaded and reloaded to get it across the country. 3)they offer a guaranteed arrival (we used the trailer) and it actually was delivered a day earlier than guaranteed even with memorial day in the middle of the move. Our experience was excellent overall, professional from start to finish. It honestly couldn't have gone better. The 4 drivers did a great job, they helped us put the blocker

U-Pack made the moving process much less stressful. I had originally planned to use that self driving truck company but found out that they don't actually guarantee there will be a truck available. With U-Pack, the trailer was delivered on time, and I had several days to load it up. They picked it up and drove it to my destination and delivered it early. After unloading it, they provided a link to let them know that they could pick up the trailer 9000 The only things that wer difficult wer the bulkhead 'doors' which were just large pieces of plywood that were hard to maneuver by myself, the weight of the ramp (and I am stronger than most, but the average person probably couldn't do it by themselves) and the height of the trailer. Overall, a good experience.

From the very beginning of getting a quote, the transactions were nothing but smooth sailing. On the pickup end, (the drop off of the trailer)the driver was nice, courteous, and professional. Upon pick up of the trailer I had an incorrect lock. The driver waited while I went to purchase one. This went above and beyond my expectations. Now retrieving my trailer, both drivers were awesome. My trailer arrived much earlier than estimated. This was stressful for me. Teresa at the Las Vegas office was nothing but the best and relieved this stress for me. She communicated with me and was very accommodating and knowledgeable.

HUUUGE MAHALO to DANIEL for his outstanding service! My family and I just moved to Henderson from Ewa Beach, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
