The only reason I’m going to give them a star is because I don have the option to not give one, Joe and Audrey were a big help when almost everything seemed to go wrong, and my move did get here on time. Besides that, anyone who I spoke with •besides Joe and Audrey• lacked communication. I was supposed to leave Miami December 31 and I scheduled my container to get dropped off in the 29th. The day came and I come to find out that who ever I spoke with had scheduled it for January 5th. Then, the guy I was on the phone with had the audacity to tell me that it’s my fault because I had made the reservation, when I in fact DID NOT because I made it through the phone through someone else. I had no other choice but to stay with the company because my move was happening in less then two days. When

U-Pack is reasonably priced and ultimately got the job done. The tracking system is solid, there were no hidden fees, and on paper the service is a good value compared to competitors. That said, the experience at the Miami facility was extremely frustrating. I followed all instructions, contacted the facility in advance as directed, and scheduled movers accordingly. Despite that, we waited over an hour just to get someone to assist us with access to the pod. That delay resulted in an extra $250 in mover charges out of pocket. The savings that initially led me to choose U-Pack were essentially offset by the poor customer service in Miami and the inability to provide timely access to our pod, even with advance notice. Once I finally had the courage to make the call to U-Pack, the experience was 100% more then I could ever have imagined from start to finish!!!! We have moved across the Country 4 times now and have used a variety of moving shippers. EVERY SINGLE ONE was a HORRIBLE experience, until now. Every single person from who answered the phones, to the drivers I engaged with were kind, knowledgable, helpful, responsive and effective. You are not going through a centralized third party booking agent, you are actually working with a real company with real people and a real moving company. I needed to do some moving from Florida to Puerto Rico and i hired U-Haul and everything went well .They came with their container, we loaded it and they picked it up. After just one week or something like that i received a call from PR telling me they were ready to deliver the container. They delivered the container to my address and we unloaded the container They came and picked it up. No complaints at all. The only thing was the waiting for the driver to deliver the container initially because they say 8-12 which is a lot of time to wait. I guess they could give you a 2 hour window instead of 4. Other than that, they resolved my moving problems. Other companies wanted to charge me more than $10000 and with a lot of requirements. U-Haul was great

First time user, very satisfied. Moved from Minnesota to Florida with 2 relo-cubes. Everything was arranged over the phone and just met the drivers. Easy process. Just pack yourself to the brim and they'll take it anywhere for you.
