Good place for plumbing supplies, good customer service and a good old fashioned pa and ma shop which has everything with competitive pricing, also the staff is knowledgeable, though it is a little hard to locate items but the staff is there ready to help finding what you need, I'll definitely will be using them when in the area

I visited this establishment this past Friday morning with the intention of purchasing an item. After waiting at the counter for approximately ten minutes without being acknowledged or assisted, I noticed an employee working in the back. I greeted him politely and said, “Good morning, could you please assist me?” To my surprise, his response—delivered in an aggressive tone—was, “Can’t you see I’m doing something?” I was taken aback by such an unprofessional reaction. Choosing to remain courteous, I simply replied, “Sir, have a good day,” and began to leave. As I walked away, he dismissively responded with, “Bye.” I am unsure whether this individual was experiencing a difficult day, but such behavior is entirely unacceptable in any customer-facing role.
