I would not recommend this moving company. We paid $1,000 to move our small two-bedroom apartment to a new place only 11 minutes away. We provided pizza and drinks for the crew and tipped them. I was a few minutes behind with the keys because I had to work, and we were charged for the time they waited — which we understood and paid. After the move was “completed,” we later discovered they had left our old apartment door open with multiple items still inside. Important belongings were left behind, including my daughter’s chair, a bedroom mirror, a sound bar, a desk, and several boxes. What makes this worse is that no one even notified us that anything had been left behind. We were never told there were remaining items — we found out ourselves. From start to finish, this company was an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Bryant, Brady, and Devon, and they were outstanding. These three were incredibly professional, handled all of my belongings with great care, wrapped everything thoroughly, and worked efficiently without ever feeling rushed. They made what could have been a stressful day feel completely manageable—and even my dog approved of them! I would use U-Relax Moving again in a heartbeat and recommend them without hesitation. I had a great experience with U-Relax Moving. The team Andre, Dylan, Aj, Montana, Von and Corey was professional, punctual, and handled all of my belongings with care. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made the entire moving process stress-free. The movers were respectful, well-organized, and communicated clearly throughout the job. Nothing was damaged, and everything was placed exactly where I asked. Their pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. I highly recommend U-Relax Moving to anyone looking for reliable and professional movers. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They were amazing when moving us from our old place. Teddy, AJ, Roddie and Jacob double checked with us for where we wanted everything. They asked how we wanted our couches and we told them to put them however they felt would look good! I highly recommend the company to anybody looking for a moving company!

Corey, Mier, Brady, and Dillon are a very awesome crew. I highly recommend them and U-Relax Moving Company. From arriving on time,packing our items , and setting them up at our destination they were all top notch professional hard working gentleman. They handled each piece of furniture with the utmost care. The entire time they were working hard all 4 were very courteous to us. This group is excellent in all aspects of moving and their customer service goes above and beyond.
