Great group of folks here. I'm not a professional plumber, but needed a sump pump so stopped in here for a zoeller and backup system over the weekend. Jim Jr. helped me, did a great job explaining what I needed to do and helpful tips to install the replacement.
In 2013 my house in Chicago got hammered with so much rain, the old ejection pump burned out. Every plumbing supply place nearby jacked their prices way up except for this place. They sold me a brand new Zoeller at retail and I never forgot that.
Been getting material from US for over 20 years now. Everyone is great super helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!
