U Square West Garage

I've parked here a few times before, and it's definitely the worst garage in the area. Street parking is a better bet than risking it at USquare. Cars get broken into every single day and they have had a ton of issues with people getting stuck and being overcharged. I'd rather park in the open on any of the nearby streets.

the charge was supposed to be 3$ for less than 90 minutes. i parked for 45 minutes & was charged 9$ this is a fraudulent practice & I will report this to the better business bureau & to the consumer protection division of the state of ohio

If you are reading this review, you either got screwed by this establishment or about to be screwed. Just don’t bother, find a street parking, pay for it and you will still be much better off. If you can’t, go somewhere else in town. It’s not the $9 fee for less than an hour where they would market it as $3. It just leaves a bad taste in a pretty shitty part of the town. Not worth being here.

I would give this place a zero if I could. They basically held me hostage in here and wouldn’t let me leave the garage after I had been charged triple the amount because it kept charging my card bc there screen was frozen. The guard was extremely rude, who came down to help me and took my credit card out of my hand and proceeded to charge me for a third time after I had showed him my bank statement of me already getting charged two times. you guys really need some better customer service because accusing someone of lying and keeping them hostage in your garage is unacceptable. Took about 30 mins to eventually get out and got no refund.

Do. Not. Park. Here. I live at USquare so the garage is connected to my building. Every weekend since August, 3 cars have been broken into which now makes about 30-40 cars. We had asked the staff what they could do & they said they would take preventive measures for next semester. I went on the 26th to move my room around & the next day it was broken into. Nothing was showing in my car but they didn’t care. Clearly nothing was added & for $107 a month, it’s a rip off to not have my car protected. They blamed the high/middle school kids not having bussing but it was during christmas break & it’s always at night where school isn’t in session??? the officer told me ONE of the guys was arrested last week for breaking into 40 cars but clearly there are a lot more out there. don’t park here esp
