UCI Kitchen & Bath

I’d like to tell you about a wonderful experience I just had with UCI Kitchen and Bath. I have purchase from UCI multiple times and my last purchase with them was back in 2018. I bought the most beautiful quartz for my kitchen island. Just recently, my plumber was installing a new garbage disposal, he was having a difficult time, my sink came loose and almost fell. I called UCI immediately, this was on a Friday at 3:00 PM and the owner Nathan called me right back. He was happy to help, understood the urgency of getting this repaired, told me that he was coordinating with his installer and he would have someone out first thing on Monday. Wow! I love the work that was done by UCI and the transaction with Armie. When I arrived at the showroom to look at the granite that was available for my new office reception desk, I had nothing but a no nonsense, clean process. I walked through the warehouse with Armie and I made my selection. I did the paperwork and paid my deposit. As promised I was quickly contacted by the template person andhe came out. We discussed the details and he performed precise laser measurements. A few days later I was at the warehouse where they pulled my granite and we agreed upon the template placement. A few days later I was supposed to have the installation but unfortunately they had to rescehdule as the crew was stuck on another job. They arrived the next morning and installed the granite in no time

Sam ordered the wrong color cabinets and refused to take responsibility even though it was written down on the design sheet. I ended up having to repurchase. I would not recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience working with Nathan and Sam at UCI Kitchen & Bath. They helped us find and create the perfect stone for our 80" round dining room table. Nathan was patient and accommodating, working with us through delays in getting the base fabricated. We were fortunate enough to connect with Roy at Mind Over Metal Fabrication, who created an amazing base on short notice. Nathan promptly delivered the top the next day, and the crew installed it perfectly. We are thrilled with the end result and highly recommend their services. We worked with Jim Green on the renovation of our condo’s kitchen and primary bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
