Your truck drivers have no customer service skills and many of them are not capable of driving 53' trucks. I think you should re-evaluate who you hire to drive and deliver material. As a manager I shouldn't be pulled from my duties to handle a driver refusing to do his job.

I called this place for 3 hours straight and finally they answered the phone. Once I got there, the woman that took the order inputted it wrong. Thank goodness for the gentleman that was working. You can tell he wasn't new and took care of my order.
