UGI Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

I had UGI HVAC contract for over 10 years. When UGI was operating they were the prompt and excellent service. Yesterday my heating system failed and we had no heating. Outside temp was in the teens to 20s. I called them at about 2 pm and they set me up for the next day between 12 to 4 pm. I was surprised that they didn’t send a technician the same day. We were cold overnight house at 50s with a space heaters. Next day at 2 pm they called and said the technician will get late and gave me another widow of 4 to 6 pm. This is not good for a customer who has no heating system on a very cold day. Very disappointed. I am seriously going to think about this incident. You get a contract to get prompt service.

Better late than never! We recently had a new heating system installed by UGI. The sales representative responded in a timely fashion to review our product options and get us scheduled for the product installation. The installation technicians were courteous, friendly and most importantly- skilled at their jobs! We are pleased with their service and are happy to have heat!

Your service technician was personable, informative, came on time, and instructed me regarding replacement of the heating system filter on a regular basis. My system now operates properly and I appreciate the efforts that he expended to assure that my heating system is functioning correctly.

We had Devon come in for a repair on our water heater as well as to install a pressure regulator valve. He was vey professional and knowledgeable, and was able to complete the job in a little over an hour. We highly recommend him.

Some positive, some negative with the HomeServe plan. Positive: Repairman did arrive on time and fixed the heating issue. The problem was the valve head for baseboard heat. Negative: We were told part was not covered under the plan and charged $338 for this. The part online was half or more than half this cost ($99-$190 depending where you got it from). Without this crucial part, there was NO HEAT on our second floor during the January 2026 winter freeze...one would assume a needed part for your heat to work would be covered until the premium priced Total Comfort Plus Plan. I requested a call from management the day of service. I NEVER got a call back and there is NO ONE available to speak with other than the schedulers.
