Stop and reconsider if you’re using any other company for your garage door work. UGK is outstanding. I requested a quote and received a call from Jose. Using the photo I sent him, he gave a complete quote, much lower than other companies, and additional information needed to make my decision. Elvin, very professional and efficient, showed up within the appointment window to complete the work. He replaced two torsion springs for one double garage door and performed some maintenance on a single door. The work was completed in under an hour and there were no additional or hidden fees charged and no upselling. We are extremely happy with the service, transparency, and great prices provided by UGK. They will be our go to company moving forward.
