UL Excavating and Grading

Residential project. We worked with UL Excavating to remove our large vinyl swimming pool that was surrounded by concrete and a wood deck. They turned what initially seemed like a very daunting job into easy work. Andrey and his team were very knowledgeable, clearly explaining the scope of work during the initial meeting and throughout the project. We received multiple quotes, and they were competitively priced. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

Took full amount of the payment up front and did half the work. Owes me millings for my ramp. He reworked our neighbors whole driveway with millings after 3 months of no show for mine. Don’t work with this guy.

Andrey was very professional and easy to work with, never missed a phone call; great communication. Very happy we found a local company in Matthews to do grading for our new property, they handled the whole project themselves (all material & land prep for our house).
