We had a great experience with Ulmer Heating and Cooling. Dave was quick to respond to our call. He was able to come out the same day and quickly diagnose where the issue was stemming from. Fair and honest pricing.

Dave furnished & Installed 3 gas appliances for us. A water heater, furnace with an April air filtration system, and ac unit. Very pleased with the Fair pricing ,installation, and the energy savings he projected.i would highly recommend Dave! This review is from a retired plumber!

Highly recommended. Had my AC replaced with a heat pump over a year ago now and just getting to the review… sorry Dave. Unit is running great and installed very neatly and professionally. Dave is very straightforward and doesn’t try to upsell you like some companies do. He actually saved me money by letting me know my old unit was over sized for my home. So once we knew that we downsized to the correct size unit, the unit we have now. Definitely has the best intentions for his customers.

Dave was great and easy to work with as he fixed our AC unit shortly after we learned it wouldn’t turn on. He came out the day after I contacted him and made quick work to find the issue and fix it which absolutely saved us time and money! Highly recommend!!

Our AC stopped working during the heatwave. We called Dave Ulmer at 8 am the next morning and he stopped by on his way to another job. He made the necessary repair in less than an hour and we had cool air again! He was professional, courteous and extremely responsive. We are already talking to him about some other HVAC work we need done.
