With a wealth of experience and genuine kindness, he inspires great confidence and really put my mind at ease. The two men that took care of the damage were polite, professional and efficient. The work, as well as the clean up, was done with care. Throughout the process, whenever I had questions or concerns they were quickly answered or addressed to a level the exceeded expectations.
