I recently had one of my furnaces go out and had called Ultimate to come out and give me a bid. While at my home I had them check the other furnace I have in my basement. They came out and gave me a bid to do either one or both. With the new regulations on furnaces starting January 1st, I had both replaced. They kept me in the loop on when they would be at my house, and from start to finish they did an excellent job. Took less than one day to replace both of them, and when they left you would never have know they were here (the care to keep everything clean and not disturbed was great.)
