We hired Ed to make a patio between our house and studio workshop. The patio looks nice, but unfortunately the studio now floods every time it rains. Ed installed a drain to prevent this, but the drain is completely inadequate. Ed said he guarantees his work and would “make it right”. However, we have called, texted, and emailed multiple times over the last few months and cannot get a response from him. This has been a very disappointing experience.

Ultimate pavers designed and installed our entire backyard, side yard and parking lot. We had over 7,000 sqft of pavers installed. Ed and his crew were incredible! Fast, reliable, efficient, honest and delivered a fantastic final product. I could not be happier. Ed even designed a pond with a retaining wall for my customers to sit around, fire pits, made and cut a custom OPUS X cigar logo into the pavers and lifted up my existing entry ramp and made it ADA. My yard is now the focal point of my store and the customers absolutely love it. Ed was totally fair with his pricing. Ed did such a fantastic job and would high recommend to ANYONE in the Tampa area.

In my experience if you give a contractor time to discuss a job and not just get prices you understand what to expect. UltimatePavers was 1 of 3 companies my family received quotes from to work on my parents home. We researched companies and got details about the products and processes used to do the work. We asked for and received referrals from all the companies and decided to hire Ed with Ultimate Pavers for a driveway, walkway and patio for my father's home. I was able to look at other jobs he did and his referrals were more than willing to allow me to see the actual work rather than just tell me he did a good job. Move on and keep looking. He don't communicate with the customer once the job is done, incomplete work. Two months to the day, there weed coming thur the pavers and he doesn't return calls nor texts, Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company, seems Ed doesn't actually care or stand by his work.
