Ultimate Plumbing & Septic Services

We have used Ultimate Plumbing twice since we bought this house about a year ago. Unfortunately, the previous owner was a DIYer and we have been finding his mistakes along the way..... Both times - we were presented with a written estimate and photos of the problem areas. The guys also explained in plain English what the problem was, what probably caused it and what they were doing to fix it. After repair, we were presented with photos of the repaired areas and received an email receipt. This is such an awesome thing since I am definitely not going to be able to get into the crawl space under my house to check out the work. I had a major plumbing issue at my house and Noel with ultimate plumbing took care of it. He found the issue quickly and had my plumbing fixed within 2 days. He also stuck to the original quote and pricing that he told me. Very happy with his work and I highly recommend Noel and ultimate plumbing

Had Ben out to empty septic tank. Very knowledgeable, very thorough, and great customer service. He showed up prepared, on time, and even brought some extra supplies for in case things didn't go as initially planned. They also did a followup call with me to see how my experience was, so I think they are reviewing services performed and striving for great customer service. I think this is a big contrast to the other plumbing companies I've used Wilbur's, Roto Rooter, and Freedom. The dispatch for these companies didn't listen and the techs showed up unprepared (not to mention wasted my time and I wound up fixing my issues myself). They also did not appear to be very experienced. I would highly recommend Ultimate Plumbing and will be using them again the next time.

I want to thank Matt and Ultimate Plumbing and Septic for coming out this morning. They arrived quickly, were very professional, cleaned up during and after themselves, and got the job done at a reasonable price. The follow up call from Stacey at the office was a nice touch.
