1 Star – Avoid This Company I had an absolutely terrible experience with UltraFix and feel completely scammed. They sent a technician named Vlad to look at my dishwasher (not powering on) and microwave drawer (not heating). He was in my home for less than 10 minutes and did not open or inspect either appliance internally. Without doing any real diagnostics, he claimed: The dishwasher “needed a new computer” The microwave “needed a new magnetron” and would take 2 hours to fix I pointed out that the GFCI outlet was tripped, the plug looked burned, and there was no power at the outlet at all. When I asked how he could possibly diagnose a bad computer with no power, he couldn’t explain it, opened Google Translate, and wrote that he “knows his job” and “doesn’t need to look inside.” That’

I reached out to Ultra Fix to fix my Frigidaire oven door. They did a great job. The first technician was able to fix the initial problem however realized that there was a deeper issue with the original hinges when he attempted to put the oven door back into place. Due to the placement & structure of our oven, they needed to call another technician with the special tool that would lift the oven out of the wall. A week later another technician came, (Igor) and he was able to remove and replace the oven hinges and put the oven door back in its original position. Both technicians were courteous, professional, and got the job done. Thank you!

We had a great experience with UltraFix! My dishwasher and washing machine broke the week of thanksgiving and they got someone here right away. The dishwasher was fixed before thanksgiving which was pleasantly unexpected considering it was the holidays and we were grateful it was fixed in time. It was very easy to schedule everything online and the work was completed quick and seamlessly. Our technician Vlad was friendly and professional and gave us good advice on the repairs. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Dimitri came in and took care of business. Punctual with a smile and fast at diagnosing with an explanation. Igniter part was replaced with no problem and no comment that my wife neglected to clean the oven before the appointment. For this reason I had to give him 5 stars.

Technician Valdamere was friendly and polite. He explained everything well and did an excellent job. I was concerned at first because he didn’t speak English but with his phone he translated everything in English and it was no problem. He was on time and cleaned up. Couldn’t ask for more and the fee was reasonable. Unfortunately for me the appliances were not worth repairing and I will need replacing. So I only paid a service fee
