Technician texted he was on his way and arrived on time. He took my dryer apart and showed the problem to me. He explained what the repair would cost and got my agreement before starting. He quickly made the repair and reassembled the dryer. Efficient. Personable. Kept me informed. I’ll call for again if I need a repair.
