As with any remodel, the process is painful, especially when you work from home and have to be there during all the hammering, drilling, pounding, etc. There were the usual delays, product shortages, etc but at the end of the day, I got exactly what I wanted for my new bathroom. I think the biggest compliment is I would use UMC Builders again. They worked with me to bring my vision to fruition.

We contracted with UMC Builders to repair damage to one of our units in our HOA that was caused by a car running into the unit. Damage was done to the outside but more extensive to the inside when wall studs were broken and sheetrock was damaged. We are very pleased with the work they did. It was during the holidays and the owners of the unit were anxious to again start using the room that was damaged. The estimate to do the repairs was timely and accurate. Ian and his crew were at the repair site exactly when they said they would be there. The repairs were done quickly and very professionally. The owners of the unit are very happy with the finished repairs inside and we, the HOA Board, are very pleased with the repairs completed on the outside of the unit.

UMC remodeled our kitchen and guest bathroom and did a great job! I had a vision for both rooms and they were able to complete both just as described. Having Jeff as our job foreman made it easy to coordinate! His level of professionalism and communication between us and the subcontractors was amazing. Always on time and attention was paid to EVERY detail. Thank you for your diligence in making sure it was done in a timely fashion and the end result is just beautiful! Thank you for a job well done.

UMC did a wonderful job replacing our kitchen island. Jeff Duran, Project Manager, and those that worked with him are all skilled professionals. They cleaned up the area at the end of each day and showed up on time every day. Definitely recommend UMC.

We had our roof repaired and Jeff and his crew did an excellent job! We would highly recommend them. We will use them for any future home improvements.
