Faizie did what no other HVAC guy could do for us - get to the root issue and fix it the same day. 2 others said we needed a whole new rooftop unit, even though it is only 4 years old. Thanks for saving the day and preventing our office team from overheating this summer!

Make no mistake, this company does great work. However, if I could give a "0" for compassion I would. We all know that company mentality transcends from the top-down. That being said, when I reported an injury and solution not only was I not asked if I was ok but was told matter-of-factly that the measure I had suggested would never be considered as the foreman in charge walked away. The workers, and their families end up paying the ultimate price for the companies and clients they weild tools for.. Watch who you hire to do your projects, previous ones may have sacrificed the safety of their workers for "The bottom line". The only truly successful project is an injury free one.

Great company with a great vision for the future. Genuinely cares about their customers, employees and the communities they serve. Only positive things to say about UMC!

This is the most disrespect I've seen on a jobsite. If something is in the way just grab someone instead of being a disrespectful punk.
