Great People to work with! Had a small leak with our dishwasher and they were able to fit us in the next morning with one of there techs. Chris did a diagnostic check on our dishwasher. He was up front and provided us with several options. I appreciated his honesty. Overall an excellent experience.

I was really pleased with Chris who came out on the 2nd visit. He was very thorough and polite. I had issues with the first worker who came out before him that I won't get into, so I was very grateful for Chris's professionalism, sharing information on what he was doing, being respectful and kind. He made sure I felt heard and understood what was going on with my oven. I was looking forward to him completing the job when the parts came in however he was unavailable to finish. So James came out for the 3rd and final visit to complete the job. When I was concerned about my new wood floors getting scratched with the metal pieces he moved them and his tools to a safer area. He also did a good job, was very polite and got the job completed and he tested everything to make sure everything worked

Christopher did an excellent job in assessing the job and getting it repaired quickly. He is very knowledgeable about his trade. We had some questions that he was able to answer for us. Really appreciate when someone can not only repair things but can teach you along the way. VERY APPRECIATED. Roseburg is very fortunate to have Umpqua Appliance with very competent techs.

Frank was professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and showed genuine care for me as a customer. My diagnostic appointment was scheduled within 24 hours of calling. I received a text to conifirm and a text again when the technician, Frank, was on his way (within the two hour scheduled window). 100% recommend and will use again!
