Eternally grateful for the services they provide, maintaining hot tubs is a difficult business! They are instrumental in keeping our hot tub looking and working its best for our short-term renters. Thank God for them!

Rude people. Lack of customer service. Overpriced. They rip you off if you do a monthly service plan with them. The techs they have taking care of hot tubs don't know what they are doing. Prior to using them, I had my hot tub running for a year and had no issues. Changed the water quarterly and it was always treated and stayed clean. They change the water every two weeks because they say it is dirty and then charge you for the extra water change. They get very defensive when questioned on anything which is usually an indication that someone doesn't really know what they are doing.

Uncle D's was a pleasure to work with, they were able to get out to me quickly and ensured they had everything with them to fix and treat my pool. As a first time pool owner,, I was ecstatic to have someone look at our system and tell us how to propery maintain it.. I will be using them for any pool services I need in the future.

Personalized service and quality service on our small hot tub. Gave suggestions and my extra filter was ordered and available the next day. Local shop took care of us and I am appreciative.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company!!!!! Completely unprofessional service—the staff and owners were actually yelling at us and accusing of wrong-doing when they were actually the one that installed a brand new pool heater. They are not knowledgeable or responsive. Will lie and blame others instead of taking accountability for their work. Whatever you do, go somewhere else!!!!
