We moved into a "move-in ready" home in Orlando a year ago. Well, it was and it wasn't move-in ready. In the past year Jeff has fixed toilets and sinks, fixed electrical outlets and switches, patched and painted drywall and wood trim, pressure-washed the driveway, put up shelves and racks, put in closet shelving in a closet that had NO shelving, put up hangers and hooks, fencing to hide front yard garbage cans and fencing to hide a pool pump, installed closet doors (accordion and bi-fold), installed two chandeliers, re-wired a 30-year-old toroidal transformer (!!!!), installed missing baseboard trim in our entire kitchen and island, hung large and heavy paintings, mirrors and televisions, paired ceiling fan remotes, assembled heavy furniture, and custom built a formal library room.
