Under Pressure Irrigation

I have used this company twice. Both times John came out and did a fantastic job. He is a really nice guy that a fully trust. He works quickly and gets the job done right the first time. I had them come out the first time to fix a leak in the system. The second time I had him fix another leak and then check the whole system. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Their service is just terrible unfortunately they changed my backflow in 2022 and it worked fine. The city of Cary tested it for backflow which was fine and then these guys came and winterized it this year ,They gave the backflow to me and now today when they came to reinstall it, they tell me that it is leaking because I probably kept it in the garage , I don’t know where else I would have kept The back flow . I have been told to replace it again with another $700 bill. They have taken no responsibility whatsoever. This is not expected of company which installed my irrigation system through A very reputable builder. Lloyd Builders I hate to write a bad review for anyone but they definitely don’t deserve a good review.

Under Pressure did fantastic work on our irrigation system. They were subbed under a landscaper we hired (after the landscaping work, sprinkler heads needed to be moved/added). They did great work, and when I asked Edgar to show me how to program the system properly, he was thorough, walked me through every zone and why it needed to be set the way it was, and was extremely patient and professional. He was always on time, very courteous in explaining everything his team was doing, and it was a pleasure working with him. I cannot recommend them enough. Wonderful team.

I have had them install and also repair my system. Never had any issues they are extremely responsive and always do excellent work. Always on time and always excellent work. Their customer service is the best. Scott and his team always make time to listen and sort out any and every thing. Can’t go wrong with them.

Under Pressure did an outstanding job repairing and enhancing the drip system at my house. The abandoned, pre-existing system was a mess. They were persistent about trouble-shooting and kept me informed all along the way, so I knew what they found and what my options were. The technician, Freddie is a terrific problem-solver and thoroughly kind and conscientious. When he was done, he walked me through the system, letting me know what each zone was for and pointing out the new vs, abandoned lines. What a pleasure to have him working at my home.
