They accepted my delivery a day before my appointment…unloaded fast…good guys

Appointment for 10 am. At 12 pm not even started. Some trucks come and get loaded right away, they are in and out in 15-30 min. Don't know how they desid? Unfortunately as a company driver I can't refuse to load here.

What a dump. Still not loaded after 5 hours. Haven’t even started loading

Had to pickup bed liners here. Very slow loading, took 3 hours 22 minutes before I got my paperwork and could leave. Given I arrived an hour before my appointment so really they took 2 hours and 22 minutes to load it, but still. The people are nice but these delays are unacceptable, they need to be better organized. Higher freight rates are the consequence of disorganization and slow loading times, made my day stressful because I was then behind schedule, will have to charge more if I take another one of their loads now.

Not a good place, the workers don't do their job, the drivers who come are not happy, you waste a lot of time!!!!!
