I have worked with UCS for years and Ken and Kelly’s team has been great. They’re very responsive, well-trained, and genuinely care about doing a good job for their clients. What I like the most is that, if there is a concern or problem, they’ll address it immediately with no questions asked. Also, they are now offering SUE services, which is great. Highly recommend!!

I used UCS for private locates and potholing services and had a great experience. Their crews are professional and went above and beyond to document the utility lines I needed. I appreciated the extra efforts from the potholing team to protect the landscaping and to have a locator available to assist when 811 was behind.

To whom it may concern, I founded a TriState Surveying, Inc. 01 January 2001. One of my first needs was to establish a support team. Most of my projects require the depiction of sub-surface infrastructure, therefore I was in immediate need of the service that they provide. While at a Central Chapter of Professional Surveyors of Colorado meeting in the Denver Tech Center in late 2001 I met Ken & Kelly as they provided a presentation . They were young & excited about their new venture. I got a very good feel from them as both being solid pillars of the community. I decided right then to give them a shot. Fast forward 20 years: both of our businesses have thrived thanks to dedication, hard work & reliability. In 2 decades of partnership, I've not experienced a single issue with them.

We've been using UCS for our private utility locates for years. They've always been a reliable to make sure that we won't hit utilities that 811 doesn't cover. They also provide drawings, which is super helpful when we need to make adjustments.

Kelly is a pompous and unbearable individual, I wouldn’t recommend putting any trust in her or her company. There are several better options out there, don’t use UCS.
