At the conclusion they returned items back to their place and cleaned up the area. Recently bought a home and immediately needed both AC units replaced. I also had them install UV lights in both units for cleaner air. Underwood was the best deal by far, compared to multiple other quotes. Installation was all done in one day, and everything is set up with the app and the smart thermostat. Amazing company, great service, highly recommended!

If you need any kind of Air assistance I completely advise going with Underwood. We got a whole new system put in. These guys were professional, kind and masters at their craft. They had to do some extra work to make it perfect and it took longer than normal but they stayed and never cut corners. I know they were tired but never complained just made sure we felt comfortable and happy with the outcome. They were fun to chat with and kept me informed of what was going on. Mike was great with the set up and Kenneth was super informative and friendly when he first came to diagnose and the issue. Our Team was Mark, Luis, Kenneth and a few others and they were top notch! Mara was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on with our HVAC system in a way that actually made sense. She was thorough, efficient, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a good job and providing great service.
