Corey and team did a great job. The install crew had good attention to detail. We had a quality issue with that fell manufacturer and Corey solved the problem at his own risk. Great service!

They were prompt in completing my project and easy to communicate with. I asked them to come back and change a couple things after the project and they came back promptly and helped with the changes. I will reach out to them again when I do my next project. I had only positive experiences with both Cory and the installation team.

Underwood was able to measure, order carpet, install it within only about 2-3 weeks -- and during Christmas time! The next week we noticed something and they sent someone the same day to fix it. We are very happy with them! Originally we had gone with a large competitor, but after an issue with the carpet and runaround for more than two months, we came back to Underwood. We should have chosen them to begin with! We are very happy with the carpet, installation, and amazing customer service! We will come back to Underwood for future flooring needs.
