UNI-STAR Cleaning Service

The cleaner was great. However, the company advertises deep cleaning and not everything was cleaned to what they said would done. Maybe there was miscommunication and feels like I was overcharged.

The ladies did a fantastic job. I was very impressed not only with their professional care of the job but also their demeanor. Both ladies treated my house as they would their own home. They were personable, efficient and made me entirely comfortable about having people cleaning my home. It was the first time I have ever hired people to clean my house and I have to say I was impressed.

We engaged their services to clean our office, but were dissatisfied with the results following their first session. The cleaner spent about an hour with inadequate tools and when we decided to discontinue their services due to the superficial cleaning provided, she did not propose any remediation. Additionally, she failed to inform us about the early termination fee. We were charged $340 for an hour’s work, which did not meet our expectations.

Once again, Ali is a rock star! Always making our house spotless! With 3 dogs, she makes our place sparkle!

Fantastic!! Elizabeth is so wonderful. She puts the customer first and is so accommodating and sweet. She paired me with my service provider, Ashley, who is just as pleasant, professional and respectful. UNI-STAR provides great communication and type-A-approved detail oriented cleaning!
