Had a brand-new central air system installed by Unico last month, and the experience was fantastic. The sales rep helped us choose the perfect unit for our budget, and the installation crew was efficient, clean, and respectful of our property. The house has never felt this comfortable.

We’ve been using Unico for our annual AC maintenance for the past three years, and they never disappoint. The office staff is friendly and easy to schedule with, and the techs always show up on time, wear booties in the house, and explain exactly what they did. Five stars!

Outstanding customer service! Our heater was making a terrible noise late at night. I left a message, expecting a call back the next day, but the on-call technician actually called me back within 20 minutes and talked me through a quick fix to reset the system until they could come out in the morning. They truly care about their customers.
