We worked with Unified Builders a few years ago when they built a 4,000 sq. ft. shop for our home-owned business to store electrical distribution equipment. They worked quickly and professionally, even through winter conditions that could have slowed most crews down. When a thaw caused some deep ruts on our land from equipment, they came back and made it right without hesitation. That level of accountability really stood out. Unified Builders is a family-owned company that’s truly a pleasure to work with, and I’d confidently recommend them!

Our project involved the building of an addition to our house for an extra bedroom and bathroom/laundry room as well as a remodel of our existing bathroom. From our first meeting through the completion of the project the entire team at Unified Builders was kind, friendly, thoughtful, and thorough. Their communication with us was outstanding. They gave us a substantial amount of their time to talk with us, gain an understanding of our goals and vision for the project, develop plans, and provide a very detailed estimate. We were given regular updates on the status of our project. The team responded very quickly to our questions and feedback, even after hours and on weekends. The project progressed quickly and flowed very smoothly with work being done on a daily basis with no gaps or interrup

The Unified team rebuilt our sunroom and put a new roof on the entire house, complete with great looking rake extensions on the gable ends. They were a delight to work with; punctual, fast, and easy to get hold of. If we had more money, we’d have them do more!

We used Unified Builders to assist us in modernizing an older Right-Sized house we recently purchased. The final result has been very satisfying with quality design and construction work. After an initial quote, coming in substantially over budget, UBI worked with us to narrow a kitchen remodeling job to a needed vs a dreamed project size, keeping it within our budget. We’re very happy with the result, especially the island and the way in which it now defines the kitchen area as its own part of our living space. Overall, they helped us define our projects and assisted in narrowing them into several important elements, including electri cal and kitchen design. We will not hesitate to use UBI in the future as we adjust to reimagined living needs.

We have been working with Kelly and Doug for the last 2 months. They have worked very hard and long hours in the freezing cold and snow to finish our deck with a landing and stairs. They have gone above and beyond making things look so good. We will probably have them back in the spring to do more work for us. Also Jen and Kevin have been very hard workers.
