Unimer KBG

This has been hands-down the worst contractor experience I’ve ever had. I hired Unimer, KBG in Jacksonville to install my kitchen and bathroom countertops, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The countertops were poorly measured and sloppily installed, with uneven cuts, rough edges, and visible seams. But the worst part? The customer service. Incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Every concern I raised was met with attitude and eye rolls. They made me feel like I was the problem for asking them to fix their own mistakes. Phone calls were ignored, timelines were broken, and no one ever took responsibility. Do yourself a favor — save your money, your time, and your sanity. This company should not be in business.

We hired Unimer KBG to do our primary bathroom quartz countertops and we were absolutely delighted with their professionalism and attention to detail! A pleasure to deal with the management and the installer. Perfectly done. Our next project was to redo our kitchen and without hesitation we called Unimer KBG again. They did all the quartzite countertops, and perfectly again. If you need new countertops and want it done right, Unimer KBG gets our highest recommendation!
