UNION CITY PARKING GARAGE

The Lady working from 2 PM until 3 PM rush to put my vehicle a parking ticket even though I showed her my payment on my ticket. I was way before my end of payment time and she didn’t help me at all. Such a bad attitude such a bad customer service you should really consider having this person working in the company because she has no customer service skills at all. She didn’t even try to help me or listen to me, I showed her physically my payment ticket and she didn’t care at all and she rushed to put me up parking ticket. Even though she saw me walking towards The car it’s not like you should be putting tickets away out of nowhere for customers if I could give the parking lot a zero rate of stars I would.

Great parking always there’s spot

It's a place in union city new jersey for the residential and visitor parking. Sunday parking is free. There is a confusing system for 1st time visitors to this state. Timings need to be maintained for parking. Paid parking. They need residential proofs drivers license etc for giving permit to the park. I got 2 tickets even after parking with the permission so that I can pay after my visiting time. I was informed that I could pay in total when I leave which was misleading. Tickets need to be paid or attend court if not guilty. How can a working person go during work hours to court or even to parking garage office for any information. They do not lift phone sometimes to get any info. Anyone new to city please read the instructions and any information twice.
