Union Station Garage

Drove my car to Union station, parked there and took the train to NYC. Overall it was very convenient. There wasn’t much space left, but once you goes up you can always find some space. The rate was not the cheapest but was ok. The kiosk can be insensitive when reading the parking ticket, so try out different machines. I recommend park at lower levels (best would be 1st floor), as the station is on the 1st floor

Kiosks to pay need serious updates the past three times I’ve gone I needed security to come down and help me at 1am returning from New York. If I go to pay at the exit my card get declined for some reason I try three different ones that have no issue anywhere else. I now pre pay with cash. However the last time I tried prepaying my ticket couldn’t be read. This garage needs tap to pay or allow us pay through an app as well. Tired of getting stuck waiting 10-15 minutes when all I want to do is go home. May just start driving a little more to black rock station

Functional, but could do without state-incentivized, homeless drug addicts walking around like zombies everywhere and sleeping everywhere, such as on benches and bathrooms. My daughter is afraid to walk to her train (she's 23). You would think that with the exorbitant taxation that productive CT workers are forced to pay that this place could be cleaned up.

Easy and convenient. Was my first time at the garage and station and there were absolutely no issues navigating. Could have been better if they gave me a pizza and a coffee for free, for my trip, but we cant have everything.

This place is horrible. The people who work at the garage need a lesson in customer service. I've been coming to this garage for years and it's always the same thing.
