Union Station Garage

Paying for parking here was easy and safe. I left my car here for 8 days and came back to my car the way that I left it. Will definitely be using this service again!

Do NOT park in this garage! They will ticket you even if you pay and they will not help you fix the mistake. The ticket they gave me was not even for my car! A $20 parking fee will turn into $102.50 in fees and fines and they will freeze your license and registration if you do not pay them. The garage is also unclean and unsafe.

Your typical parking garage. It is easily accessible with simple access to the bus terminals and train station.

The parking attendant were wonderful. We were in a hurry due to traffic and we forgot to get a ticket to park in the parking garage. I realized that after we got on the train and so I called as soon as I could find their number to let them know. I was able to tell them my story and they were very accommodating and allowed me to pay over the phone and then they said that I may get a ticket for parking without a pay stub on my dashboard. Turns out that they saw my car and did not ticket it and everything turned out just fine. I guess being honest and pleading your case in a calm way goes a long way. Thank you all at the parking garage for understanding that no body is perfect and making our trip a wonderful experience

Clean, easy to access, a little expensive. Nice to pay ahead and be able to leave instead of the dance of keeping/finding/scanning the ticket and paying. Kiosk available near elevator (need better signage to help find elevator). Ev charging available.
