The connection to our wellhead failed and we were out of water at the house. I called in the morning and they came out that afternoon just as promised. I really appreciated them fitting me in even though they had a couple more stops they still had to get to. They had asked for me to send a picture ahead of time so when they arrived they had all the parts they needed. They were able to complete the repair and have us with water very quickly. Their rate was very reasonable and they were even fun to talk to. I highly recommend this company for their knowledge and punctuality.

Tommy and Dylan did a great job replacing my well pump and tank, basically did a full upgrade so I don’t have to worry about it for next many years. I also had very special request to install pitless adapter and even though it’s not very common in this area, they accomodated this as well. They walked me through the process details and explained very thoroughly what has to be done. If I need such service in the future, I won’t go anywhere else!

There’s honestly a reason these guys have 50 outta 50 5 star reviews. Cause they deserve it. I’ve worked construction for many years and the weather and elements that these guys have worked in. I wouldn’t even do. They stayed outside in the freezing cold at 20° for five hours and made sure my pump in my well was working to get my water back up after 4 days of being down. They were super polite very respectful extremely knowledgeable about their craft and I definitely 100%. Recommend them to anyone looking for affordable well and pump work. Jacob and Tommy Literally went above and beyond the extra mile for me and what I believe most contractors or construction workers would’ve done, especially in these elements. Jacob at Union Well & Pump was amazing. Him and his team worked through inclement weather conditions until he got the pump fixed. It was freezing cold and he still got the job done. We had an amazing experience and will definitely use again. Highly recommend 10/10 service!!!
